As a supplier of operational services to Cadent, we’d expect you to meet the sustainability requirements set out below during this stage of procurement.

Requirements
During the lifetime of your contact with us, we ask you to tell us:
- How you will minimise your impact on the environment through your activities.
- How you would improve/enhance the environment in which you will be working.
- What you will do to be a more equitable and diverse employer, including how you will create an inclusive culture for your employees (internal to your organization)
- The social value activities you would deliver (external to your organisation)
For these tender commitments:
- Demonstrate links to the UN SDGs and Cadent’s three pillars Easier Warmth, Fairer Opportunities and Greener Society.
- How you will evidence these during contract delivery, supported by case study examples.
- Propose the measures and metrics for reporting progress on their delivery.
