Requirements
Delivering on your tender commitments:
- Maintaining adherence to Cadent’s Code of Conduct and policies as well as the external certifications you provided at PQQ stage.
- Undertaking the environmental, social and equity, diversity and inclusion commitments you made at tender stage.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Providing evidence of ongoing compliance with the Code of Conduct, policies and external certifications.
- Providing ongoing evidence of fulfilment of commitments made at tender stage.
Large company specific requirements
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Evidence that you are keeping your environmental reporting on SSCS up to date e.g. your scope 1 and 2 emissions.
- Participation in sustainability audits carried out by Cadent’s Procurement team.
- Evidence on an ongoing basis to share available annual corporate reporting for ESG
