Requirements
During the lifetime of your contract with us, we will ask you to tell us:
- How will you minimise your impact on the environment through your activities e.g. embedded carbon, circular economy etc.
- How sustainability is designed into the product and its packaging including labelling, end of life recoverability/ reusability, maintenance/ durability
- What you will do to be a more equitable and diverse employer, including how you will create an inclusive culture for your employees (internal to your organization)
- The social value activities you would deliver (external to your organization)

For the above tender commitments:
- Demonstrate links to the UN SDGs and Cadent’s three pillars Easier Warmth, Fairer Opportunities and Greener Society.
- How you will evidence these during contract delivery, supported by case study examples.
- Propose the measures and metrics for reporting progress on their delivery.
