Operational – Manufactured specific requirements
Does your organizational structure include dedicated role(s) for sustainability or ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)?*
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
- ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
- ISO 50001 (Energy Management)
Where applicable, we would accept equivalencies.
Depending on the nature of the services you will be providing, an Achilles D Verify Audit may be required
Internal:
- Provide your environmental sustainability policy statement with evidence of compliance, e.g. reporting.
- Provide your equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion policy statement with evidence of compliance.
- Report and publish*:
– Annual gender pay gap
– Annual ethnicity pay gap - Confirm agreement to joining the Supply Chain Sustainability School. If not a member, commit to signing up, should you be successful.
*Scored/weighted question, or pass/fail will be determined by the size of the organisation
