Large company specific requirements
Does your organizational structure include dedicated role(s) for Sustainability?*
External:
Evidence that your organisation holds external certifications, for example:
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management),
- ISO 50001 (Energy Management)
Where applicable, we would accept equivalencies.
Internal:
- Provide evidence of relevant environmental sustainability policies with, evidence of compliance, e.g. reporting.
- Provide evidence of relevant equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion policies, with evidence of compliance.
- Report and publish*:
– Annual gender pay gap
– Annual ethnicity pay gap
