Operational – Distributed goods specific requirements
Does your organizational structure include dedicated role(s) for sustainability?*
- You may or may not have an environmental certification e.g. ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 50001 (Energy Management)
Where applicable, we would accept equivalencies.
Depending on the nature of the services you will be providing, an Achilles D Verify Audit may be required
Internal:
- Provide your environmental sustainability policy statement with evidence of compliance, e.g. reporting.
- Provide your equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion policy statement with evidence of compliance.
- Report and publish*:
– Annual gender pay gap
– Annual ethnicity pay gap - Confirm agreement to joining the Supply Chain Sustainability School. If not a member, commit to signing up, should you be successful.
*Scored/weighted question, or pass/fail will be determined by the size of the organisation
